What a great marathon today!!

I just have to say that I had a blast working the Georgia Publix Marathon today. What a fun event! And watching a marathoner who had just finished running 26 miles stop for an on-camera interview and not even be winded ... well, that reminds me just how out of shape I am !!

We even saw a 79-year-old man who just completed his 100th marathon! What an awesome accomplishment!

We need volunteers. Desperately. Last year was very warm and our volunteers were quite busy with calls for assistance from the race course. This year looks to be more of the same (since it is nearly 70 on the 6th of February (even though tomorrow may not reach 50)).
